1. Product Damage:

-Photos/videos confirming product damage (e.g., cracks, dents). Photos/videos showing the condition of the product's inner and outer packaging.

2. Product with Partial Functionality:

-Photos/videos showing the product malfunctioning (e.g., the product still doesn't work even with batteries or a power source).

3. Missing Items:

-Photos/videos showing the received package and the quantity of items, clearly showing any missing items.

-Shipping documents inside the package as proof.

-Alternatively, the total weight of the package as measured on a weighing machine can be provided.

4. Received Incorrect Item:

- Photos/videos showing the received package and the actual item.

- Screenshots of the product purchased from the seller's store in the app.

- If the discrepancy is due to incorrect product size/weight, please provide photos showing the difference measured with a measuring tool.

5. Received counterfeit goods:

- Photos/videos of the received package and the actual product

- Photos of the package, the product's appearance, and the accompanying receipt

- Screenshots of genuine products/official website/other documents (e.g., product serial number, brand trademark, official website images, etc.)
